My triggers -Being alone with my son -Thoughts of dying -Thoughts of taking medicine -My son screaming or kids screaming Symptoms -Throat tightens – struggle to swallow -Tongue feels swollen -Blurred vision -Feeling of going to faint -Cant sit still -Notice my heart -Tight chest -Thoughts of my sons safety -Dizzy when walking -Fatigue
